I opened a case to have ebay step in 1 week ago i have gotten no response from ebay or the seller, What do i do?

If you opened a dispute and the seller does not reply to it, you have to go back to the dispute and ask ebay to step in. They do not do that automatically.

Even though you've already asked eBay to step in 1 week ago --
you have to go back to the dispute and ask ebay to step in, as others have said.
Also, be sure to open a case.

Here is what you do: FILE a case with PayPal, ask to escalate case if necessary. You will get a response and eventually it will be resolved. You can even actually speak to a real person.

If you have opened a case ( a dispute ) you must contact customer service under the relevant department again. You need to ask eBay to step in to this matter. Make sure that you have read the delivery time period of your order first.

I believe that this is bad advice. Filing another dispute with PayPal or the OP's funding source would automatically close the dispute through eBay. This would take eBay out of the equation and they would no longer do anything to help. It is best to allow the eBay dispute to run to its completion before filing one elsewhere.
As mentioned, return to the dispute and ask eBay to step in.

1. Did you open a case for Item Not Received ?
2. Did you go back to the case after 4 days and "Ask Us to Step In" ?
3. If you did not do #2 - do it now
