Why are we no longer seeing our past purchases Before we could look up every purchase we made Now we just see some of our purchases A lot of items are missing Any idea how to find them.

If you purchased items As a Guest they will not show up on this account you created a few days ago. Read the info in the link below to see how to track items purchased as a guest.  If you have another username you bought on, you would have to login using that one and its password.
