You can't contact eBay by phone. 
If the listing offered a service plan you would purchase it through the listing.

It's as @ebooksdiva stated, have you tried contacting the seller?  They, above all should be able to rectify this for you.  CS reps would more than likely have no idea what to do in this situation at any rate.

Go to squaretrade.com to purchase a plan after-the-fact.

You have to keep in mind that you are buying THROUGH ebay but not FROM ebay.

THIS WAS A BEST OFFER WHICH DOES NOT INCLUDE A SERVICE PLAN WITHIN THE OFFER..... AND WHEN THE OFFER WAS ACCEPTED... THE SERVICE PLAN OPTION DISAPPEARED..... THE CONCIERGE DEPT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFERS A PHONE CALL AND KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT TO DO ....

Have you tried following my instructions? It's the simplest, and only, way to add a plan after a purchase. Oh, and btw, your caps lock key appears to be malfunctioning. Perhaps you can also get a plan for your keyboard.

again have you tried to search for square trade plans in ebay... news flash... they don't exist other than in the original listings.  I've been on ebay for over 20 years.... i think i know how to purchase a plan.... and by the way your advice isn't advice at all.... AND I PREFER TO USE CAPS..... SEEMS TO GET YOUR ATTENTION....

GOOGLED IT?  IS THAT AN EBAY PLAN?  OR IS IT A SQUARE TRADE PLAN WITH OUT ANY DISCOUNTS???/ AGAIN.... TRY SEARCHING EBAY.... THEN COME BACK.

You're lucky it wasn't offered, you dodged a bullet. Save your money, those 3rd party service plans are worthless.
