Offers purchases through the Android app is still a total mess.
1) If there is a notification that the offer has been accepted then I miss it every time.
2) Today I made an offer, the seller countered and I accepted. The listing goes right to the out of stock page for the listing, but even getting to where I could accept the offer was a choir. I could only accept the offer by clicking on the email. Then I needed to back out and pay. What is the point of pre-selecting a payment method if eBay will only complete check out sometimes?
3) If I want to continue to shop eBay is more than happy to show me the same item from another seller for less but yet if I want to keep shopping with the same seller it takes a whole bunch of jumping around to see their other items.
