Bought used Smartphone that has a yellow spot on the screen not mentioned in auction. Can I return?

The listing said the phone was in Good condition with wear to frame, sides and back and no scratches on screen. The yellow spot in the corner covers where the cell carrier is listed. It's annoying to look at whenever there's a white background on the screen.

Seller doesn't accept returns but I wouldn't have bought the phone if I knew there was this issue with the screen. It doesn't have a screen protector on it that's yellowed and it's not something that can be wiped off.

Right under the sellers no return policy is the eBay money back guarantee. The sellers return policy applies to buyers remorse returns only. If an item is not as described you are covered by the money back guarantee. So yes you can return it for a full refund, just open a return request via my eBay>purchases or the resolution center. Seller has 3 business days to respond and is required to pay for return shipping
