Ebay Checkout is not showing credit card as an optional payment method

Hi and very good day to you all everybody, 

I am trying to buy items through e-bay. As paypal is not serving in Turkey, I am trying to buy items with my credit card. I add the item into the cart and than click onto 'Proceed Checkout' button. But credit card option is not showing in the checkout page.

Although I know some people who are able to buy items through e-bay with their credit cards, I think it is weird that option does not show up on my screen. Is there anybody having an idea?

(This happened for all the items I tried to add to cart and paid).

Most eBay sellers use PayPal as their service to accept credit card payments.

And most eBay sellers cannot accept a credit card directly.

Only those with business accounts.
