Good Afternoon,
I rarely ever post on here nor do I know if this is the right place to ask, but I just need some advice.
I purchased a phone recently that was bundled with a wireless charging unit, sold used and as-is by the seller. The phone works perfectly fine, but the wirless charger will not work as intended. There's an led indicator to let you know if it's working or not, and upon looking at the manual it isn't charging. I used to own this same phone before it got stolen, and I still have the oem charger. Looking at the pictures, it seems to work well. But when I received it, that's far from that case.
I have contacted the seller with pictures (because I unfortunately can't send videos), but he responds that I'm not using the right powerbrick and it requires 3 Amps. At 5V, my charge brick outputs at 3 Amps as it's the original charger. All I simply asked him for was a possible partial refund since it's not working, but he stated that refunds and returns are not accepted. In his full item description, he only mentioned "devices only sold as bundle. devices are sold as is, no returns."
Am I just completely out of luck here? If I am, I'll just be more careful on shopping for used products next time.

The seller advised all potential buyers on the listing 'sold as is' and you accepted those terms when you bought it.

Go to the resolution center below and select, the item doesn't match the description.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
Seller might decide a partial refund would be good.

Hey @kensgiftshop
the seller properly described the items on the listing as a bundle and sold as is, so advising this buyer to open an item not as described return is not proper 😞

That's so incorrect it's almost beyond words. "As is" is not enforceable here, and you should be quite aware of that.

The option to provide a partial refund is the seller's. However, there is no option for the seller to refuse to allow you to return the entire bundle for a full refund, since not everything in the bundle is functional.
Click on "Resolution Center" at the bottom of the screen. Select "I received an item that does not match the seller's description."
The seller will be required to provide a mailing label so you can return the bundle for a full refund. You must return EVERYTHING in order to get your refund. If you want to keep the phone, and if the seller won't give a partial refund, then you won't get anything for the failure of the charger.

It was listed as "used" which is in working condition. The fact that the seller may not offer refunds is trumped by the item INAD. The seller SHOULD have listed the entire bundle as for parts or not working or listed them separately.

It was listed as used, meaning it supposed to work.
If the charger doesn't work, why shouldn't the buyer file an INAD?

You've been posting here for 13 years. I KNOW you know how eBay's Money Back Guarantee works, and I KNOW you know (or knew at one time) that "as is" doesn't mean the seller can get away with sending the buyer something that doesn't match the description.
What the heck is going on?

Are you on drugs or just talking out of your backside?

If the seller won't do a partial, you can file a not as described, but you will have to return everything ( at the sellers expense)

If 'sold as is' meant you can't file a claim, I think millions of sellers would stick that term in their listings.
But it doesn't fly on ebay..
