Some of this has been discussed before but I think it needs to be addressed frequently in open forum until they get solvable / workable solutions.
The issues I have are:
1.) Slow shipping sellers
I simply cannot keep a running list of seller's user names who ship maddeningly slowly and do not want to do business with them at any price. Yes, I "could" use negative or neutral feedback but I have no idea WHY they ship slowly and will not punish them in feedback for whatever circumstances they have. If enough sellers had this option, they would go away.
2.) Sellers who will not give feedback unless feedback is received from me first.
I have some 2500 positive feedback (of some 3,500+ purchases) since Ebay started, and I really do not need their feedback. But with that said, I "GET" their reluctance as feedback can be used as a weapon but Ebay generally can sort that out. So now If I don't get feedback, I don't leave it. My job as a buyer is to pay promptly if I do so, positive feedback should be given to me automatically.
3.) Not being able to see and block someone who is following me.
It's disturbing to know that an ex-wife, GF, boss, or associates who have an Ebay account can "follow" a buyer. What EXACTLY does that mean? Can they see my sales and purchases?
Without knowing what "following" a buyer means, Ebay has a serious privacy issue that I cannot challenge.

use a word processor or notepad and keep a record of such sellers.
Keep it in alphabetical by user name.
eBay does not have a system to block sellers.

Given your FB #s, won't insult you by pointing out that FB is optional/voluntary for both buyers and sellers.

I have no idea why people follow buyers. You can't see anything about the buyer except their ID and feedback page. It is useful to follow a seller to see their listing. But if you only buy you can ignore followers, as they have no access to your account.
