I like to look at completed listings from my Watch List to see if they've sold, for what price, and to re-read the listing, but suddenly on Wednesday morning, October 26th, 2022, that function is gone! It just says, "Sorry You missed out on this item" with no title or anything to show except for "Sellers other items" and "Sell one like this" !
Why? And how do I get this function back?

Good morning @snowwhitedove55. Is this only happening on your mobile app, or the desktop version as well?

Same problem, hope they change back.
Problem with using desktop site, it keeps forceing you back to the app.

There is a setting that controls whether eBay links in a browser open in the app or a browser.
On an Android device, go to your device Settings: Apps: eBay: Open By Default: Open Supported Links and choose "Do not open in the app", and then browser links should open in your browser.
Do all the ended items in your Watch List lack a link to the ended listing? Or is it just the one?

It happens on both the App and Desktop.

I am unable to see ANY of the ended items. In the very recent past it only took clicking on the ended item's photo to get the complete page of the original listing. This is very useful and I am not happy that I can't do it any longer.

Yes, I tried the desktop setting to see the original listing page of the ended items, but you're correct. Although the first eBay page of the desktop is alright, I am always forced back to the eBay App when I attempt to go to ANOTHER page.

Instructions for disabling browser links automatically opening in the eBay app on an Android device are above. On an iOS device, try tapping and holding the eBay link the browser to choose whether links are opened in the app or browser.
If you are viewing one page in desktop mode in one browser tab, opening links in another tab may default to the mobile mode; be sure to open all links in the same browser tab if you want to stay in desktop mode.

I am having the same issue in my desktop viewing. It appears that the new "stores" format has eliminated this very useful tool we had on the site to be able to see a sellers ended and completed listings. WHY would they do that?

It appears that the new "stores" format has eliminated this very useful tool we had on the site to be able to see a sellers ended and completed listings.
You should be able to scroll to the bottom of the new store-like page and see a link to "See All" items. From there you can select sold or ended items. Or else go to the old feedback page and use the "view items for sale" link there.

(My reply directly to the solution you offered, wouldn't send, so I'll try this route and hope you see it.)
I will try this but it was so much more easy and quick to be able to recall the complete original listing page item by item from the Ended Listings in one's Watchlist.
It often seems as though said "improvements" made by eBay cause extra tedious steps elsewhere.

"Problem with using desktop site, it keeps forcing you back to the app."
I used your solution below:
"There is a setting that controls whether eBay links in a browser open in the app or a browser.
On an Android device, go to your device Settings: Apps: eBay: Open By Default: Open Supported Links and choose "Do not open in the app", and then browser links should open in your browser. "
And IT WORKED!!

You are very welcome -- glad to hear that you were able to prevent the app from opening automatically.
I am not sure why you are unable to see completed items in the app when starting from your Watch List -- that still works for me in the app, aside from the odd item that has been removed for one reason or another. I have seen some other posts about problems viewing sold items that might be referring to the same problem (it is not entirely clear if all of those users are referring to the app), so you may not be the only one having this issue.
Here is one other user that seems to be having problems:
For app issues, it is worth checking to make sure you have the latest version -- for Android version six or higher the latest version is 6.82.0.1. If you have an older version, try updating;
You might try clearing your eBay app's cache and data, then signing in again. That might possibly help if the problem was related to changes in the app conflicting with old data you have stored.
Otherwise you might want to try uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, then installing the latest version from the Google Play Store. The restart should ensure a clean install if the problem was a previous installation.

I've been having the same problem, but only on one device. On an Android 7 tablet, the completed item is missing. On an Android 8 phone and on Firefox for Windows, the items are there. I did the usual on the tablet: uninstalled and reinstalled the eBay app, restarted the tablet, but it still doesn't work. Trying to get to the completed listing as mentioned above, by picking the seller and looking for the listing that way, doesn't work either. I hope this is just a temporary glitch.

Just more of that eBay translation issue.
Hello eBay..uh everyone isnt asking about an issue of using the freaking app or desktop They're asking why eBay ended item search details is no longer visable and you've turned this topic into you're own.
Where has the details page disappeared to when someone clicks in an ended auction and only gets the SORRY YOU MISSED OUT page.Auction details, pictures description nothing is accessable anymore.
Outsourcing labor to unqualified personnel is a bad idea.
