Just got this today. Tried to do a Buy Now, (see below) - Anyone know why?? Long time eBayer too. Thanks for any help.

Got this -You don't have permission to access "http://pay.ebay.com/rxo?" on this server.

Clear your cache and cookies. That is a weird glitch.

Try another browser to rule out a particular browser issue.

"Access Denied" errors when trying to check out or pay usually indicate some sort of network error.

If you are using a VPN, try disabling it.

If you are using a custom firewall, that may be causing problems.

Try paying using your phone or laptop when not connected to your usual network wifi.

Did that happen multiple times? On rare occasions I've had that happen  but after refreshing the page once it goes back to normal.

this has happened to me for past 2 months on all 4 of my stores. Cleaned cache, ran computer update, used 3 different programs to no avail. Every time I buy something I have to pay using my phone.
