Does that mean even if I select CHANGED MY MIND the seller will pay for the label? The REAL issue is USPS lost (or misplaced) it and it may or may not ever arrive and it is past the time it was supposed to be delivered and is therefore totally useless to me as it was meant for a gift for someone who is travelling overseas and has already left.
There is no "ARRIVED TOO LATE" return option assuming USPS eventualy finds and delivers it. Obviously not sellers fault but the item should't take 10 weeks (typo, mean DAYS! 🙂 ) to travel 900 miles.
Thanks

@retiredinfl i suggested that option bc if u can't use it due to late arrival, then it 'doesn't work' for u.
otherwise, choosing 'changed my mind' will make u responsible for the return shipping cost.
when the seller offers to pay for return shipping, the reason doesn't matter, in fact no reason has to be given when the seller offers free returns.

Thanks, I’ve already read that but it doesn’t answer the question that “if it eventually shows but too late for my needs do I have to pay for return shipping?” if I can no longer use it.

@retiredinfl depends on the reason for the return, in your situation, since u can no longer use it, choose the reason 'doesn't work or defective' and the seller will have to send u a prepaid return shipping label thru the return item case
keep open lines of communication with the seller

That’s what I was thinking of doing but was bothered by doing that. Someone once did that to me and it p1ssed me off (and it DID arrive on time).
I’m basically curious if “ changed my mind” selection automatically makes buyers pay return shipping even IF SELLER ALLOWS RETURNS IN 30 days and says “SELLER pays return shipping “.

Thanks!! That’s what I wanted to know.
Good to see you noticed that I did say “returns accepted” in my OP and title. Was about to mention that but you edited it out.
