So someone ordered from me then canceled without me getting to ship to him and now my account is restricted I don’t have any funds to payout available only 117$ and it’s trying to take the rest out my account but I don’t have any funds in my personal account just on my eBay why don’t they just take that funds and I can’t receive the funds off the eBay until my accounts is restricted they sent an email to reply to but I can’t even send the email back what do I do it’s a lot going on ??? Someone please help me
