bought labels through the bulk shipping. Same as I do every morning. I noticed that all of orders were still showing ready to ship. I looked up one of the labels by its tracking number and the system could not find it.
I assumed that meant the labels did not actually get created so I used the bulk shipping tool again.
All of the sales I tried to create labels for previously showed up . I created a second scan form. bought the labels.
ALL of my sales are still listed as ready to ship. I looked under payments and it shows I paid for 2 sets of labels but NONE of them have valid tracking numbers.
There is no ebay customer service any more. I am still waiting on call backs from the last to problems I had
(both requests are over a week old so I'm not holding out hope.)
So what is there to do in this situation? I cant void the labels because they don't show up but I paid for all the labels , TWICE, and I still need labels.
