Sold an item on eBay to an "unregistered user," 20 minutes later eBay cancelled the order, yet Ebay still wants me to ship it because the buyer paid. Seems like a glitch in eBay's system but how do I get my 13.25% Final Value Fee back so that I can relist the item to another potential buyer?
