negative feedback

I received my first negative feedback in 20 years.  Buyer was not happy with the item and I refunded his money right away.  I asked the buyer to reconsider his feedback to a neutral but buyer will not respond.   

Ebay is no help.  Can not even contact a live person.

No reason to contact Ebay, they will not remove it since it does not violate Ebay feedback policy.
