Did you mean:

my item was returned to sender, stating "insufficient address".

it was 100% sufficient and I'm livid - especially since I have two other items on way to same address that may not get there either. I want my money back. I'm never using eBay again

@joazich-79

Problems with shipping are not Ebay's responsibility.

Check your shipping address to make sure it is correct:

Re: my item was returned to sender, stating "insufficient address".

eBay isn't delivering your package, the carrier is...based on the address you provided at checkout.

The package would have made it to your post office and from there could not be delivered for some reason (for example, a missing apartment #).

Look at the address that is shown in your Purchase History transaction details to see what you selected/entered at checkout.

Thx. Yes I omitted thr apt # but everything else was correct and friend said nothing addressed minus apt # ever did not get delivered. They obviously didn’t try very hard!!!

Re: my item was returned to sender, stating "insufficient address".

Sellers see it happen all the time.

(In olden days you could put a name, city, and state on a package or letter, and it would get to the addressee. Those days are long gone. Everything is pretty much machine sorted now.)

Once the item gets back to the seller, you may be able to pay to have it reshipped (or receive a refund for item price only). You can communicate with your seller about how to handle.
