eBay buyer only 24 yrs, trouble posting a listing

eBay suggests adding as much information as possible about what I am trying to sell. 

Spent several hours going through the eBay checklist for selling a smartphone. 

Searching things like music player and NFC connectivity etcetera. 

Upon attempt to post there are on screen indications that I have included too much information? 

I have deleted many details and it still won't post!

Adding insult to injury I can't even speak to someone on the phone outside of the fraud department despite a 100% rating and a 24-year buying history but have to turn to the eBay community? Wow.

As of January 3, 2025, eBay's net worth, or market cap, was $29.51 billion. This makes eBay the 667th most valuable company in the world by market cap. 

Market cap is the total value of a company's outstanding shares, and is a common way to measure a company's worth. eBay's market cap has increased by 30.21% in the last year. 

And no live phone support for a 1st x seller of a $50 item + eBay's 12.5% fee.

There doesn't appear to be any information regarding the ability to set an audible alert if someone should respond here. 

So it would seem like I'm going to need to keep this tab open or shortcut it on a home screen on my phone and keep clicking back. 

Could this be any more challenging just to sell a phone for $50?

Dear eBay community, think this through with me if you would please. 

If you walk into a bricks and mortar store and have a concern that can't be addressed traditionally you can request a manager if you're willing to hang around a little bit until they are available you'll probably get some sort of a solution. 

Not just a list of suggestions in writing that are available and certainly not the only choice is to ask other customers!
