I apparently have a U.S. account although I live in UK. Items on my watchlist now show prices in USD

Pricing now shown in USD ($) on my Watchlist. When I click on an item this reverts to UK Pounds. I'd like to reset this back to UK currency, but cannot see how to accomplish this! HELP!

The ebay feedback method has stopped working. After completing the process, it does not close. I have a dozen items showing they require feedback and I have done it for every one. Been that way for over a month.
