Whenever I turn on authencity guarantee I got no matches found, tried turning it on for "Yeezy" and "Jordan".Is this normal?

I did not receive an email stating my item sold, as a result I was late shipping it. I checked my email settings and it was set to “send email when item sells”. This should be rectified, I’m afraid I will now get a bad review.
