eBay can’t let me post a listing saying I exceeded my listing in fact , I only have 1 active listing any advise will appreciate thanks.

Shipped item, buyer account now gone

The item sold but it was 7 days before I noticed it sold. Sent item to buyer and then buyer requested cancelling sale. About a day after that eBay canceled sale because they said buyers account no longer exists. Not sure what to do. Can anyone help?
