Can make an offer be added to an auction in progress?

Merry Christmas everybody. I was wondering if anybody knew how to shut off two step verification when they sign in to their eBay accounts? Couldn't find any mention of how to shut it off anywhere .Thank you

Where are the lifetime sales totals located now?

Where are my lifetime sales total amount moved to? They used to be in seller dashboard at the very bottom, did they move? It's very helpful to keep track, I've been selling on ebay for over 20 years. Thanks!

I bought a counterfeit purse from a semi-reputable seller who I've purchased from before. All I want is a refund. Do I report this to Ebay as well as get a refund? The seller has yet to respond to my refund request either.

Ebay app crashes when I try to revise

I have an Iphone 12 and my Ebay app crashes whenever I try to revise a listing. I have deleted and reinstalled many times. The full site on my phone has limited functions.

I have never had a seller not respond to a bid, I don't a how this can be considered professional and I think their reviews should reflect this too
