Getting eBay to use Venmo balance

I have a Venmo balance but when I purchased an item off eBay using Venmo it didn’t take the total off of my balance. Any easy way to have this happen? Thanks all!

Hello, I want to sell items in lots with one shipping price, as many lots (or quantities) as possible. Will eBay be able to have only one shipping price if a buyer purchases multiple lots or so I have to do something for this to happen?
