if i receive a transmission for a vehicle and install it and it doesn't work, how does the ebay guarantee work? the seller stated, no refunds.

How come everytime I go to leave feedback for an item I purchased I leave feedback then it doesn't post or it has me do it all over again? So aggravating! I must have left feedback on the same item at least 5 times!
