Stay away from Scrooze Toys

If I purchase an item the seller accepts the money. Can they cancel the order without me ( the buyers) permission. Remember I pied the agreed on price and the seller accepted my money before the seller not me I still want what I ordered for the price...

I'm buying from Mexico and the 10 USD S&H in goodsunder 50USD does not appear in my account anymore.
