I have a buyer requesting the item they have paid for be shipped to a differant address 5 miles away

The addresses are in the same zip code. I am shipping with USPS Ground using a EBAY provided label. Can I change the address on the label myself with a marker? I do not want to do something that could interfere with this item being delivered.

shipping options and shipping calculator

After I relisted my item I noticed there are no shipping options available including the shipping calculator. All the listing says is contact the seller for shipping instructions. Why can't I find any shipping options in setting up the listing?
