Ebay started a report on a seller who wouldn't refund my money on a purchase. I opened the case before the return window closed. I can't get them to call me at all no matter what I do to get updates. Any suggestions? The seller isn't responding to me...

Resolved! Duplicate shipping labels

I printed a shipping label and it was too small. I printed another and it was just right. I requested a refund but was unsure if I can mail out the one label that was the right size right away or do I have to wait for USPS to respond?
