Sent wrong item

I was sent a different table than I ordered. Ebay is insisting I need to drag a 30+kg box to my local postoffice despite being physically handicapped and is insisting on a reimbursement rather than sending me the item I ordered which has now increase...

When a refund is suggested by the seller, and then the refund is canceled by the seller.

A refund was suggested by the seller, and then the seller canceled the refund request. What does this mean? Still awaiting contact from the seller.

Untested electronic equipment

If a seller sells an electronic item and list it as untested and states they don't accept returns is the seller still responsible if the item is defective. Does the buyer have any recourse?
