Sales tax

Why do I pay sales on some items and not on others?

Account not working,,, can't view pictures of items,, can't place items in my cart,, or purchase

Can't view pictures of items,, just main picture and thumbnails, can't switch or enlarge,, also can't place items in my cart or make a purchase, site just not working,, made a purchase last week, worked fine.

deleting Ebay cache and cookies - pictures and bid page do not upload

I can see pictures of the item on the left side of the page, but no main picture. And I cannot bid on stuff - the page does not respond. I have no trouble with my iPhone. But my PC won't let me bid on Ebay

Account suspended
