Escrow.com slow to pay out, has anyone else had trouble with them? Buyer has received, released payment, etc., and it shows on the web site at escrow.com, but they still won't pay out.

Hi, I am new to selling and a few questions about cancelations. 1. How many cancelations can a seller do before getting into trouble with eBay, and does it make a difference if it's a buyers request due to accidental purchase?
