all my buyer offers are coming with local pickup from out of state. Scam or glitch?

the last 6 buyer offers i've had were all for local pickup for out of state locations. is this a new scam with them trying to get me to agree so they can get free shipping?

my item is listed but it is not showing up and I cant find it on ebay

Ive liosted an item and have received ebay notification that it was successfully listed. I even have a item number but I cannot find it when i search for it. I have had that now on several items. They have been listed for more than 18 hours.

they sent it to the wrong address my zip code is 44102 they sent 44114 i still have to pay for it

if i still have to pay for it i will never bye from ebay again why do i have to pay when i never got it that's not wright like i said my address is west 46 44102 they sent it to east side 44114 I'm on the west side of Cleveland
