the last 6 buyer offers i've had were all for local pickup for out of
state locations. is this a new scam with them trying to get me to agree
so they can get free shipping?
I always have usps ground for shipping. when i get the offer i ask them
if they will be in my state to pick up, they then go silent. I am
thinking it is their way of saying they don't want to pay shipping. Or
hoping I accept and give in to me paying ...
