Refund of shipping label

A buyer started the refund process. The seller purchased the return shipping label. Buyer never returned item. Do I get refunded the money as the seller of the return shipping label I purchased?

Items to ship on 40" x 40" pallets weighing 380 lbs. Only options available are UPS, FedEx. USPS etc. If needing to utilize LTL Freight (SAIA, SOUTHEASTERN, AAA Cooper) how are these setup in Shipment Area in ebay? Thanks
