How did I get discount?

I bought three items from local seller. Winning bid for each was $25 for total of $75 plus tax. At checkout eBay only charged the tax and the rest was a discounted by eBay. Seller contacts me that he did not get paid. How was this discount applied?

Why, when I search for an item specific to a vehicle (1951 Chevrolet Belair) I get crap that has nothing to do with my search (like a Thunderbird rear view mirror). It's gotten really bad! It is now mostly mismatched items.

Hi,Is it me or does the search function in Purchase History have issues. For example: searching 2019 purchases I enter "usb". In 2019 there was a purchase with usb 3 in the title. Results equals zero.Bye

Seller doesn’t respond to return request

Hi has anyone ever had an issue they wanted to return an item but the shipping costs double what you paid for the item - then you reach out to the seller and they ignore you then you reach out to eBay and even they can’t help - then what??
