It wont let me pay my balance due.

I try to pay and it said error please try again.

Customer claims not received the item, tracking said it was received.

Customer states I sent it to the wrong address but I sent it to the address on file with eBay how do I clear this up.

Very your identity

I am trying to message a seller and I received "Very your identity" error. Not sure how or where to resolve it. I went through my account and there is no option to verify my identity.

Can find my purchase history all the way back to 2017 but not what I purchased in the past 2 weeks.

Can anyone tell me what ebay Australia's phone number is? I have been trying for 45 minutes and it is the most utterly STUPID site you can ever find. I must contact them to right a wrong, but all I find is utter stupidity. Please, just a phone number...
