how do you see what ebayers enter into the search engine (most searches) so to determine what is hot

I service stamp collectors with all countries. it would be helpful if I saw what the customer enters into the search engine most. this would allow me to make listings that address this. I need to know the key words used.

I no longer see SOLD on the drop down under selling, or anywhere else. Am I the only one? I like it, because I can track the package easily, and who bought it.

Buyer ended my auction two days early. This is not a buy it now auction

Auction is supposed to end Sunday the 8th and this buyer came in somehow and put a low bid on it and ended the auction. He even sent the payment which I will dispute. Any suggestions please let me know.
