Resolved! Automatic Refund
I just had an order that was auto refunded and the buyer kept the item. However, I have my account set for 30 day return/refund policy. Has anyone else had this issue or know how to correct it?

If an item is misrepresented by price and photos and the item received is of far lower quality. What can be done the seller is not responding to my queries.
