My ebay has defaulted to america

Payout incorrect amount

I added up the two things I sold and the payout should be $662.39 but I’m getting $563.83, doesn’t make sense? Any insight?

Charged twice for the same item

I recently purchased an item on eBay and noticed that I was charged twice for it. Has anyone else experienced this? What should I do next? Thanks in advance
