Ebay showing US listings and prices in USD when I'm in UK

HiUsing new laptop (all setting to UK) and Ebay shows me items in US and prices in USD. All Ebay addresses / locations set to UK and laptop cache has been cleared. Ebay not being to helpful so wondering if someone here can help
