I have bought my item even took pics as I was paying for it. Have the pictures to prove it, an it has came out my bank account, but ebay is telling me I didn't purchase it. I'M EXTREMELY **bleep** OFF.

Lately I haven't been able to see all of my 12 pictures when drafting a listing. It only shows me 8 pictures. I am not able to edit the pics before listing.

Do unpaid items now just have to be canceled after 4 days if payment is not received and nothing happens to the buyer? I know before they used to get strikes and after so many they would get penalized. Has terms changed?
