Shipping cost

I have an offer for multiple units and I need to find the buyer's zip code to calculate shipping cost. How can I get that information?

How come it says contact us, then wastes a bunch of time with stupid stuff that has nothing to do with anything, and then fails to provide any way to actually contact them. It’s insane.the closest thing they have is an opportunity to talk to a robot....

Ebay has recently standardized my shipping and handling costs for my listings and will not allow me to change them for weight differences. Can I get rid of this new feature?
