Winning bid shows item not sold

There was one bid on my item. Time ran out and its showing as not sold. However I click item and it shows a buyers name as winner. What gives.

Resolved! Unsold items have bids on them? I am to relist?

I had two items with bids but when the auction ended, they were listed as Unsold and I was to relist them. Can anyone tell me why this would happen? Did ebay deny the buyer?
