How do I change my seller rating? I made a mistake.

If get a "question' on a listed item and answer it, the "1" still shows up. How to eliminate?

After I answer the question, I used to be able to label it "answered" and the "1" would ne gone, but no more as eBay changed its' format once again. How to I mark it "answered" or otherwise get rid of that "1" under "Questions". Thanks Bruce
