How to put International Pickup in the "My Garage" selection process

Interested in closing my ebay store

Interested in closing my ebay store. I have a balance of $56.32. I attempted to close my ebay store in February and believed i was successful, but incurred fees for the month of March and have a balance now, not allowing me to close my store.

Changing Bank payout

I've attempted twice to change the name of the bank for payouts. Ebay provides a similar name, but not the correct name for my bank. How can I get the correct bank listed? Yes, I wrote it in the box, but Ebay changes it.
