Shipping cost

The package weight was listed too low. The amount buyer paid for shipping is less than actual cost of shipping. Any way to resolve?

Return address is incorrect

Printed label with incorrect return address. Corrected address and voided the label. Showing item as shipped and can’t reprint label with correct return address.
