so recently I had purchased a pair of shorts on here and somehow the shipping address was wrong idk how but it was anyway I contacted the seller let her know and she responded and tolde she would fix the address well apparently she didn't bc it was delivered to Florida and not tn we're I live . I have never been to florida so idk how that address got on there but she wants to tell me it's been delivered yes but to the wrong address n I've contacted her and eBay and now noone wants to do nun fore about this what should I do ,I'm extremely frustrated and mad about thos.

Check your account -- does the Florida address appear there under your addresses? Or in your Purchase History? If so, your account may have been hacked. Check your account details very closely for any other changes.

If only correct addresses appear in your account and purchase history, the seller may have been convinced to ship to a  different address by a scammer posing as you. Sellers are supposed to ship to the address that comes with payment, not an address received in a message, even if the message comes from the actual seller.

If the address in your Purchase History is your correct address, you should be able to file an "item not received" case with eBay once the tracking shows delivery to the wrong address in Florida. The seller will have to refund you at that point. If the seller does not, ask eBay to step in at the first opportunity.
