Hello, If I originally set up my sole proprietor business account for eBay using my SSN, but now want to use my EIN, can that be changed? -George

I have received silver coins I believe are counterfeit. They came from a seller in Hong Kong. Am I supposed to contact the seller, request a refund and indeed maybe pay shipping to return these items....Or should I immediately contact EBAY.
