Sellers now paying fees on Total Shipping Cost - Including Global & Import Fees?

Ebay's seller fees are ridiculous as are their global shipping charges to the buyers. Ebay is now charging the sellers fee on all of the shipping & import cost - it's absurd. That they are charging seller fees on tax and shipping at all is ridiculous...
