Price updates keep reverting to original

My items are listed as Buy Now not auction style. I edit the style to change the price. I see the change but within a day the item reverts back to the original price before the change. Can anyone help to advise ?

Why is it not possible to leave Negative Feedback for someone who outbids someone, wins an auction then ghosts you and refuses to pay? What is the punishment for someone doing this???

My account was restricted

They sent me a message saying that my account (selling) was restricted, but the message does not say what I shuold do to recovery.

I am new to selling and trying to list my first item. It is telling Mr there is a one item $10 limit but even listing something at $10 it says I am over the limit. How are you suppose to get started?
