I was wondering how to leave feedback for buyers? For some reason I can’t leave feedback because I need to enter in their pickup confirmation code. However, I already did and confirmed it but it wont let me leave feedback. Anything I can do?

Late delivery

I mailed an item on the day it was purchased then the postal service sent it all over the place causing it to be late. Ebay dinged me for this. Is this correct?
