My wife, who is not on my EBAY Account, got a text from a "Presumed Seller" on Ebay atating, the order I placed last night was to a "Fradulent Seller" using their Company Name, and said I should cancel my order with the other seller, and log into their website and place the same order with them. My wife isn't on my account. How could they possible see what i ordered from the Seller I ordered through, and contact my wifes phone, when my wife doesn't have her phone number listed on my account? Any feedback would be appreciated! I don't like being hacked if this is the case. Thank You Friends!

Sounds like a possible triangulation scam or at the least a very odd policy violating drop-shipping scheme of some sort.
In a triangulation scam, an eBay buyer places an order from an eBay seller. This seller turns around and places an order with a retail site using the buyer's name and address, possibly paying using a stolen credit card. The retailer ships the item to the original eBay buyer. Buyer gets the item, buyer is happy.
Much later, the credit card holder sees the fraudulent charge and disputes it with the card issuer. The card issuer takes back the money from the retailer. The retailer often gets stuck -- unable to get the product back from the buyer, and with no payment to show for it.
In your case, it sounds like the retailer figured out what was going on before the product was shipped to you. Most likely using your address the retailer was able to find some info online that lead to your wife.
